The Post Box Name is used for display only.
Location of Data is set up automatically when you install EdiSoft. If you create additional Post Boxes (used if you want multiple companies / identities) then the location of Data will need to be selected and cannot be the same. (Additional postboxes are not required for a multi user environment) Multiple users can share the same postbox and datafiles simultaneously with no changes needing to be made.
There is a facility to check the validity of Container Numbers when entering these. You can turn this off here if required.
The Popup Hints are useful for new users. The display time can be varied here or they can be suppressed completely.
The Address Details are used in the Documentation & Invoicing module.
