Check Database Structure will rebuild the indices and check that all tables have correct structure. This procedure should be run whenever you workstation has been shut down abnormally. It is a good practice to run this weekly in case some error has occurred.
Backup provides the facility to backup The whole Woodwind directory or just your own data files. This procedure is recommended as a regular practice.
