Buttons only need a single click. Do not bother to Double-click buttons as this will have no special effect and it can only contribute to giving you RSI. Look after yourself.
Access to your data is provided via browse screens that display a list of the records. There are features that make it easier to find the record you want. This record can then be edited.
By clicking on the Title button at the top of a column, you can put the records into sequence for that column. You can then enter Search Criteria into the "Search" box and the highlight pointer will move to the first record that satisfies the search criteria. The Filtered Search will cause only those records that match the search criteria to be displayed.
Some of the buttons and their uses.
The Print button is enabled when you have queued records for printing.
This is the Edit button. It enables you to edit the record that is highlighted in the grid.
Click on this button to add new records.
This button will duplicate the record that is highlighted.
Use this button to delete records.
Before you can use EdiSoft it will be necessary to do some preperation.
